LILIANA ROSALIA ROMANO

Maritime Specialist and Mentor

I am originally from Italy but I have spent significant time in Switzerland, Montecarlo, and Spain, collaborating with shipowners, trading companies, and manufacturers. This diverse experience has made me a true citizen of the world.

With over 25 years of experience in shipping and trading operations across various sectors including Oil, Agriculture, and Food Manufacturing, I began my career as laytime specialist. I then evolved into other roles such as shipping and trading operator, LATAM Manager, and most recently, Director of Operations Supply Chain, overseeing international markets from Latin America to Asia.

My passion for sharing knowledge has driven me throughout my career with international trading companies to lead shipping workshops worldwide, empowering export and import companies to enhance their understanding of the supply chain and implement best practices.

I do not fit the typical corporate profile you might expect in this industry because I believe more in entrusting and empowering people rather than shaping people to merely fit into boxes. The added value of each human being far exceeds the sum of knowledge; we are primarily the reflection of our social interactions.

With Phoenix Academy International I aim to create a unique learning platform where knowledge meets social skills, empowering people to become the added value they expect from others.

GABRIEL GRACIA

Insurance Specialist

Insurance professional with 25+ years of experience, working in different business segments such as Oil & Gas, Fertilizers and Food Manufacturing. Throughout my career, I have worked on all sides of the table as a broker, as a client and as an insurer, in various international markets (Latam, Europe/ Nordics, Africa and Asia).

Over the last 10 years, I have been managing Global Marine Cargo and other marine insurance programs (Charterer's Liability, H&M, P&I) both underwriting and claims for multinational companies; as well as other P&C programs at global scale.

Originally from Caracas, Venezuela; where I obtained my Associate's degree from the Instituto Universitario de Seguros. Currently located in Dubai, UAE.

Tiziana Risi

Yoga and Personal development

After a long soul-searching and brilliant achievements in work activities (Bachelor degree in Law, Master and PhD in Islamic law, research activities at the University Tor Vergata in Rome, practicing law, civil servant in the public administration), he met Hatha Yoga in 1999.
She has practiced yoga in Rome and in India: in Kerala, Uttar Pradesh, New Delhi and the Himalayas.
She has experienced spirituality in the round, recognizing the validity of teachings of sages of all beliefs, practicing in addition to Yoga Meditation, Buddhist Vipassana Meditation, Zen Meditation and Christian MPA (Deep Meditation and Self-Knowledge).

From her experience she has drawn that the ways and techniques are many, but going beyond the personality and return to the Source is the ultimate human goal.
She certified as a teacher first with the Universal Yoga Institute in Rome, then with the International Teacher Training Course at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanda School. She collaborates with the Italian yoga magazine Yoga Journal.
After various teaching experiences, in 2009 she founded and directed the Arjuna Yoga Center in Rome and organizes Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Hatha Yoga retreats throughout Italy.
Currently, she has retired from daily teaching and offers her teachings with workshops in around the world, hoping to be a humble guide to those who want to access the Light within.
